1. 加熱慢、出水溫度不足，咖啡偏酸1. Slow heating, low water temperature, sour coffee+
鍋爐水垢堆積、加熱管老化、溫控器失準，需除垢或更換溫控零件
Caused by limescale on boiler, aging heater or faulty thermostat; need descaling or thermostat replacement.
2. 泵壓不穩，Crema薄、萃取流速異常2. Unstable pump pressure, thin crema, uneven flow rate+
泵體磨損、分水網堵塞、進水過濾器淤塞，清潔或更換泵組
Worn pump, clogged shower screen or water filter; clean or replace pump assembly.
3. 蒸汽棒不出氣、打奶泡無力3. No steam from wand, weak milk foaming+
奶垢堵塞蒸汽孔、蒸汽閥老化漏水，拆解深度清洗蒸汽管路
Milk scale clog steam hole, worn steam valve; disassemble & deep clean steam pipe.

- 每日用完清洗沖煮頭、蒸汽棒，清除咖啡油垢與奶垢
- 每7天使用專用除垢劑完整除水垢，保護雙鍋爐
- 每次萃取後拆卸分水網、沖煮網刷洗殘粉
- 蒸汽棒用完即放熱水沖管，避免奶垢硬化堵塞
- 每3個月更換沖煮頭密封圈、蒸汽閥膠圈防漏水
- 水箱使用軟水過濾，大幅減少水垢生成
- 長期停用需排空鍋爐殘水，防止生鏽異味
- 禁止家用漂白劑、洗碗精清洗機內金屬配件
- 每半年校準泵壓與壓力表，維持標準9bar萃取壓力
- 機身僅用微濕軟布擦拭，不可直接淋水沖洗
